All of our products are available to trade customers. We supply cafés, coffee shops, retailers, hotels and other hospitality businesses across the UK and beyond with hot chocolate and other Pendragon products.
Some products can be ordered at trade prices directly through the website. If you are looking for larger quantities or products that are not currently available at trade prices online, please contact us to discuss your requirements and pricing.
Most of our hot chocolates have a shelf life of around one year.
White Label, Re-branding & Bespoke Products
We supply private label and white label hot chocolate for businesses looking to sell quality hot chocolate under their own brand. We can supply our hot chocolate in bulk for you to repack, or work with you to provide a re-branded product.
We already work with tea and coffee companies and other businesses that want their own branded hot chocolate without having to manufacture it themselves.
Our production facilities allow us to supply bespoke hot chocolate from relatively small orders through to many tonnes annually. Bespoke recipes are also possible depending on your requirements.

Private Label Hot Chocolate Flakes
Our hot chocolate flakes are our most popular product and are available for private label and own brand customers. Our standard kraft bags contain 250g and feature a label that wraps from the front to the back. They are typically supplied in cases of five. We also supply hot chocolate flakes in larger catering sizes, including 1kg bags, with bulk quantities available on request.
One of the simplest ways to create your own branded hot chocolate is to use our existing kraft bags with your own labels applied. We can apply the labels for you, or supply the bags unlabelled if you would prefer to add your own branding.
Alternative packaging can also be arranged, including different bag sizes and tins. We are happy to work with you to create packaging that suits your brand.

Private Label Hot Chocolate Stirrers
Our hot chocolate stirrers are one of our most popular products for customisation and own brand orders. The header cards can be replaced with your own design, making them a simple option for shops, businesses, wedding favours and promotional events.
If you supply the finished artwork for the front, the one off customisation charge is £25. If you would like us to create the design, the charge is £50.
We regularly produce branded and private label hot chocolate stirrers for businesses looking for a customised product without having to manufacture it themselves.
Own Brand Chocolate Bars
Our chocolate range also includes handmade chocolate bars, from white and milk chocolate through to high cocoa dark chocolate. They are typically supplied in multiples of five, wrapped in a transparent biodegradable wrapper and individually decorated by hand.
Bespoke and own brand labelling can be arranged on request, giving retailers and other businesses the option to sell the bars with customised branding.
Custom Branded Chocolate Lollies
Our chocolate lollies are individually decorated by hand before being wrapped in a transparent bag and finished with a bow.
They are particularly popular with retailers and make an eye catching product on display. For own brand or promotional orders, a customised tag can be added to the ribbon.
