Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: The shelf life is usually 1 year providing the product is stored in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
Q: What allergens are used in your products?
A: Our chocolates all contain soya. All of the milk and white chocolates contain dairy; the dark chocolates do not have dairy added, but they do all bare a milk warning. We do not use nuts or eggs on site. Our Salted Caramel Flakes, Rum and Salted Caramel Flakes, Salted Caramel Stirrers and Fudge and Mallows are the only products we produce that have may contain nut and egg warnings as the manufacturer of the fudge uses them elsewhere on their site.
Q: What are your delivery charges?
A: Delivery charges vary. For small items the charge is usually £2.99. The larger packs aimed at trade customers mostly cost £3.99 but some of the heavy items have a charge of £5.99.
Q: What are your delivery times?
A: We usually use DPD as our courier. We will normally ship either same day or the next working day.
Q: Can you supply bespoke labelling?
A: Yes, we can supply custom labels for most of our product lines. Please contact us for details.
Q: Who are your current customers?
A: We have a varied range of stockists. Our 1kg bags of flakes and bulk packs of stirrers have proven popular in cafes and restaurants while our smaller retail packs tend to go to farm foods and gift shops. The fact we sell our products in different sized packaging has made them popular in cafes with retail space as the customer can try the product and then go and buy some to take home.
Q: What is your production capacity?
A: We can manufacture large orders as well as small. Our largest single order comprised of 7000+ stirrers.
