Belgian Style
Our Belgian hot chocolate flakes are made with real chocolate and available in 250g bags for enjoying at home. Unlike our sweeter Parisian Style hot chocolate, the Belgian range has no additional sugar added to the chocolate blend, allowing more of the chocolate flavour to come through, particularly in the higher cocoa varieties.
The collection includes eight different Belgian hot chocolates, ranging from creamy 30% white chocolate through to intense 100% dark chocolate. The finely grated chocolate flakes melt easily into hot milk and can be used in milk frother style hot chocolate makers. They also have a long shelf life, making the 250g bags easy to store at home. Uses the same chocolate as our Parisian white hot chocolate, but is not as sweet.

A nicely rounded dark hot chocolate; we would suggest this or the 53% to most people as they are not that sweet and not too bitter.

This is the first of the extra dark hot chocolates and is the least bitter of the three. This is the darkest that most people would find appealing.
