Our real hot chocolate flakes are made using quality Belgian chocolate, finely grated so they melt easily into hot milk for a rich and creamy hot chocolate at home.

Before cocoa powder became commonplace, hot chocolate was made using real chocolate. We have gone back to that approach, using finely grated chocolate flakes that melt into hot milk to create a smooth, indulgent drink with the flavour of real chocolate at the centre of it.

Our recipes are inspired by traditional Parisian hot chocolate and use blends of Belgian chocolate with a little sugar to bring out the flavour. The result is a rich, creamy hot chocolate that can be prepared traditionally or used in hot chocolate makers such as a Velvetiser. We also make a Belgian Style collection using the same quality chocolate with less added sweetness.

Each bag contains 250g, enough for roughly eight servings, with a shelf life of around one year. The chocolate flakes are finely grated so they melt easily into hot milk.
