Parisian Style
As the numbers of artisan coffee roasters and tea merchants increases each year, hot chocolate has been left behind. However, we intend to change that.
Before cocoa powder was invented, all hot chocolates were made with real, indulgent chocolate. But then... along came cocoa powder, which was cheap to manufacture but poor in flavour. Going back to basics, all of our products use real chocolate just waiting to be melted. Because of this, our drinks are much more creamy and luxurious than anything you are used to.
Our recipes are inspired by traditional 'Parisian Hot Chocolates' which have traditionally been sold in and among the old street of Paris. As a result, we use blends of real, decadent Belgian chocolate with a little sugar to enhance and bolden the flavour. This is how hot chocolate should be... (We also make the Belgian collection which uses the same high quality chocolate but is less sweet.)

Each pack contains 250g (roughly 8 portions) and have a shelf life of around 1 year. The chocolate has been finely grated so melts easily.

Hot Chocolate Maker
Our hot chocolate flakes will work in all milk frother style hot chocolate makers. Don't have one yet? Luckily for you we sell these as well...
Our hot chocolates flakes can be made using a microwave, but a milk frother will be able to mix the drink in a way that a microwave cannot. (Steam wands also work well, but are usually for more commercial environments.)
The machine has instructions for frothing a mug of milk included. All you have to do is add 1 portion of hot chocolate flakes to the cold milk, press the button and you will have an extremely well mixed hot chocolate.

Hot Chocolate Scoops
These scoops help measure out the correct amount of hot chocolate flakes.
The 8-10oz version is perfect for a standard sized mug (80z). When the flakes are just below the rim, it holds around 30g. If the flakes are just higher then it is suitable for a 10oz cup.

Allergens and Ingredient Information
We only use two allergens in our factory; Milk and Soya. We do not use ingredients that may contain other allergens. Our founder has a severe allergy to nuts so these are totally banned from any part of the factory building.
All of our dark chocolate products may contain Milk as there is milk chocolate used in all parts of the factory. Most people consider them to be vegan friendly. All our hot chocolate flakes are vegetarian.
